Downey Dia de los Muertos Art Festival

The Downey Theatre hosts the Downey Dia de los Muertos Art Festival at the Downey Civic Center, with arts and crafts, a chalk walk, face painting, art displays, car altars, and live entertainment. Decorate a sugar skull, visit the food trucks and mercado, and pay a visit to the community altar. Activities run from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
